Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic delivery within Taiwan takes approximately 2–4 business days (excluding weekends).

International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on logistics and customs.

-Bank Transfer (Taiwan) — Please notify us with your payment slip after transfer

1.Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the purchase date (including the date of purchase).

-Items must be in brand-new, unused, and unwashed condition.

-Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, receipts, or proof of purchase.

-Each customer is allowed to return only one item. If multiple items are purchased, only one of them may be returned.

2.Return Process

-Customers must first contact our customer service and provide proof of purchase along with the reason for return.

3.Refund Method

-Cash payments: Refunds will be made in cash or via bank transfer.

-Credit card payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card, subject to bank processing time.

4.Shipping Costs

-If the return is due to product defects or incorrect items shipped  We will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

-If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of preference)  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

-商品需附上完整原包裝、吊牌、發票或購買證明

-每位顧客僅限退回一項商品；若購買多件商品，僅可選擇其中一件辦理退貨
